Photo Release
Participant agrees that: (1) any photographs of Participant taken during the Tennis Apprentice program may be used by the CSRA Tennis Association, USTA Southern, and USTA Southern's designees for any legally permissible purpose, including use in any promotional materials in print, on websites, on social media, or in any other format, without payment or other consideration to the Participant; (2) that any such photographs are the property of the CSRA Tennis Association; and (3) Participant releases CSRA Tennis Association, USTA Southern and USTA Southern's designees from any and all liability relating to their use of such photographs.
Liability Release
By voluntarily participating in the Tennis Apprentice program, I hereby assume all the risks of participating in this activity. I waive, release and discharge the CSRA Tennis Association and USTA Southern, and their directors, board members, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives or assigns, from any and all liability, including, but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the released parties, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or any other type of consequence that may result from my participation in Tennis Apprentice. I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue any of the released entities listed above, from any damages or claims made as a result of participation in Tennis Apprentice whether caused by the negligence of the released entities or otherwise. This release shall be construed to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent possible under applicable law. I have agreed to this release of my own free will.
